Job Summary
HVAC Installer needed to install heating and cooling equipment, perform wiring to low and line voltage, read blueprints/schematics/installation manuals, ensure proper sizing/placement/setup, braze/solder copper refrigerant lines, install flex and sheet metal duct systems in light commercial and residential buildings, and fabricate gas line connections. Provides support to team members, maintains cordial relationships, and adheres to safety and company policies. Strong mechanical aptitude, hands-on installation skills, ability to work both independently and in a team, and capability to lift heavy items are required.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of HVAC Installation experience preferred
- Possess effective verbal and written communication skills
- Must have an honest and dependable personality
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to distinguish between various HVAC equipment
- Self-motivated individual with strong ability to follow instructions and work alone, as well as work effectively within a team
- Ability to lift items weighing 50+ pounds safely
- Ability to climb ladders, stoop, balance, crouch, crawl, or/and kneel continually
