Job Summary
Install air handlers, furnaces, heat pumps, and related equipment in new multi-family residential buildings. Mount flex duct, metal ductwork, boots, registers, grilles, and diffusers. Assist with refrigerant lines, condensate drains, ventilation components, and equipment supports. Read blueprints, installation drawings, and specifications. Ensure installations comply with company standards, manufacturer requirements, and applicable building codes. Maintain a clean work area. Safely operate hand tools, power tools, ladders, and construction equipment. Coordinate with supervisors, subcontractors, and other trades to maintain project schedules. Follow OSHA regulations and safety policies. This role requires frequent work from 6-foot and taller ladders.
