Job Summary
Lead residential HVAC system installations from start to finish; oversee and develop install helpers to ensure quality and efficiency; read and interpret job specs, layouts, and system requirements; perform clean, code-compliant installs (ductwork, equipment, piping, wiring, etc.); troubleshoot and solve issues in the field without constant supervision; maintain a clean, organized job site and professional appearance; communicate clearly with homeowners when needed (no sales pressure—just honesty); ensure every install meets our standards—not just “good enough”
Required Qualifications
- EPA certification (required)
- Proven experience as an HVAC installer (lead experience strongly preferred)
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and installation best practices
- Ability to run a job independently and make sound decisions in the field
- Solid troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and pride in clean, high-quality work
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
