Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductwork in residential properties. Conduct site inspections, perform load calculations, and install refrigerant lines, electrical wiring, and ventilation systems. Test units for proper functioning, troubleshoot diagnostic issues, and recommend repairs while complying with all safety protocols and codes. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely project completion and maintain accurate work records. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns. Requires high school diploma, three years of residential HVAC experience, and a valid driver's license. EPA certification is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an HVAC Installer in a residential setting
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and installation techniques
- Proficient in interpreting blueprints, diagrams, and technical specifications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
