Job Summary
Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, condensers, air handlers, and heat pumps while replacing existing equipment and components. Read installation specifications, test completed systems for proper operation, and ensure all work meets local code and safety standards. Collaborate with lead installers, maintain tools and jobsite cleanliness, and deliver professional, customer-focused service during every visit. Work with ductwork, piping, airflow systems, oil, and geothermal equipment in a field environment requiring local travel. Monday through Friday schedule with occasional overtime during peak season.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience strongly preferred
- Experience with ductwork, piping, oil, geothermal, and airflow systems
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Team-oriented mindset
- Dependable and consistent attendance
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift and move HVAC equipment
- Local travel required
Desired Qualifications
- EPA Universal Certification
- Experience with residential HVAC brands and systems
- Strong understanding of HVAC installation best practices
