Job Summary
Install, replace, and startup residential HVAC systems and related equipment according to standards and manufacturer specs; maintain a clean, safe, and professional jobsite; communicate professionally with homeowners; perform startup, testing, and verification to ensure proper system performance; follow safety policies; protect homes during installation; manage paperwork and documentation; participate in weekly training and on-call/weekend rotations; must be physically able to lift and work in attics, crawlspaces, and on rooftops; EPA certification preferred or ability to obtain; valid driver's license required; strong customer service and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of one year HVAC installation experience preferred
- EPA Certification preferred or ability to obtain
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Strong customer service and communication skills
