Job Summary
HVAC Installer to support installation and replacement of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems across multi-family residential properties in the Columbus, Ohio area. Responsibilities include installing and replacing HVAC systems (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps and related components), following standardized procedures to meet local codes and safety regulations, performing basic system testing after installation, maintaining a clean and safe work environment in occupied settings, and accurately documenting work performed and materials used. The ideal candidate will frequently travel to properties within the greater Columbus portfolio, hold a High School diploma or equivalent, possess EPA 608 Certification (Type II minimum), have a valid driver’s license, be able to lift heavy equipment, and be familiar with refrigerants R22/R410A/R454B/R32. Prior HVAC training or hands-on experience and familiarity with basic electrical and mechanical concepts are preferred. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- EPA Section 608 Certification, Type II minimum required
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Knowledge of refrigerants: R22, R410A, R454B, R32
- Experience with HVAC installation or hands-on experience preferred
- Familiarity with electrical and mechanical concepts
Desired Qualifications
