Job Summary
Install and replace HVAC equipment including ductwork, attic and vertical splits, rooftop units, and accessories while maintaining company vehicles and managing parts inventory. Travel to job sites to work with dispatch, design duct systems for optimal comfort, and engage homeowners to uncover concerns for potential accessory sales or system replacements. Generate customer invoices, process credit card payments, and participate in company training on customer service and industry technologies. Mentor apprentices and entry-level installers while adhering to all local and national codes.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in service, install, maintenance, diagnosing & troubleshooting, and correcting diverse HVAC system issues
- The ability to diagnose and perform replacement of HVAC related components such as: Air Conditioners & Heat Pumps, Furnaces & Air Handlers
- Duct Work & Zone Systems, Thermostats, Air Filters/filtration Systems
- Low and high voltage wiring
- Must have a Type II EPA Certification
- Excellent customer service skills with a strong desire to exceed customer expectations
- Attention to detail
Desired Qualifications
- Service Titan experience preferred.
