Job Summary
Lead HVAC Installation Technician role focusing on end-to-end installation and commissioning of HVAC systems. Responsibilities include safely removing and replacing existing systems (furnaces, heat pumps, A/C units, boilers), connecting utilities (gas, electric, fuel oil), fabricating and installing sheet metal transitions, commissioning and testing system performance, mentoring and leading crew to uphold company standards, maintaining organized equipment and paperwork, and delivering world-class service. Requires 3–5 years HVAC installation experience, valid license and DOT eligibility, own hand tools, safety emphasis, attention to detail, ability to work overtime, and successful background/drug screening.
