Job Summary
Residential HVAC installation technician role focused on professional installation and customer service for HVAC systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, oil-boilers, mini-splits). Responsibilities include performing installations and maintenance, delivering a high-quality, profitable installation, following One Hour service system and procedures, maintaining a neat appearance and organized work area, ensuring timely arrival and readiness for daily jobs, and collecting payments when applicable. Candidates should have at least 1 year of installation experience, strong communication skills, the ability to pass a background check and drug screening, and a valid driver’s record. Training is provided, with benefits including 401(k), health insurance, and profit sharing. Physical requirements include lifting up to 75 pounds, climbing, bending, and working in confined spaces. High school diploma or equivalent required; NATE certification preferred.
