Job Summary
Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings. Perform routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance and energy efficiency while diagnosing and troubleshooting HVAC issues. Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs, following safety protocols and industry standards. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions about HVAC systems. Requires 5+ years of experience with strong knowledge of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling, and airflow principles. Schedule includes 50+ hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC experience with both Installation and Service responsibilities
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including understanding of electrical wiring, refrigerant handling, and airflow principles
- Proficient in using tools and equipment commonly used in HVAC installations and repairs
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose issues and implement effective solutions
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate installation and repair work
- Effective communication skills to interact with clients, team members, and supervisors
