Job Summary
HVAC Installation Apprentice will work with the Lead Installer to perform HVAC installations while learning on the job. Responsibilities include assisting in system installations, establishing customer rapport to ensure satisfaction, presenting professionally to win referrals, keeping a clean, organized job site and well-inventoried truck, participating in formal exercises and on-the-job training to master installations, and assisting in completing accurate and timely paperwork. The role emphasizes teamwork, strong communication, organization, motivation, and a customer-focused approach to deliver high-quality installations.
