Job Summary
Analyze work orders, follow daily travel schedules, and listen to customer concerns while performing designated HVAC installation work and proactively solving problems. Request necessary parts and equipment in advance, verify truck loading, and provide guidance to assistants or apprentices to share knowledge. Keep personal tools and equipment operable, maintain current knowledge of HVAC codes and industry standards, and drive a company vehicle ensuring proper maintenance. Cooperate with other departments to improve processes and communication flow.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Eligible to work in the United States
- Valid U.S. Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening (as required by law)
- Minimum of five (5) years of residential HVAC installation experience
- Strong customer service skills and mechanical aptitude
- Ability to exercise independent judgment and make sound decisions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively with crew partners
