Job Summary
HVAC Install Technician responsible for installing new residential heating and cooling systems in clients' homes. The role offers a base salary with bonus potential and a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. Flexible scheduling with full-time year-round work; opportunities for professional growth, paid training (150 hours/year), and sponsorship for Journeyman license and NATE certification.
