Job Summary
Install new residential heating and cooling systems in client homes as an HVAC Install Technician. Maintain a clean and neat appearance while providing strong customer service and communication skills. Hold relevant licenses and certifications, including a valid driver's license and clean driving record. Pass background checks and drug tests. Work full-time year-round with flexible scheduling options ranging from 9-5 to 4-10. Receive up to $100,000 annually through base salary and bonuses, plus eligibility for a sign-on bonus. Participate in 150 hours of annual training and pursue sponsorship for a Journeyman license and NATE certification.
