Install HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, thermostats, and ductwork, leading installations from start to finish while diagnosing and troubleshooting issues during setup or startups. Communicate clearly with customers on system operation, maintain a clean and safe job site, and adhere to all safety protocols, codes, and industry standards. Requires EPA Certification, valid driver's license, and ability to work a 7:00 AM Monday–Friday schedule with occasional Saturdays. Earn $1000-$3000/week with a new company van, gas card, and EZ Pass. Required Qualifications
