Job Summary
Lead daily residential HVAC installation changeouts with precision, starting each day with a plan and overseeing every detail to ensure the finished product meets high quality standards. Direct and support 1-2 helpers throughout the installation process, managing the team to deliver smooth installations, satisfied homeowners, and minimal callbacks. This full-time role runs Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Applicants must have at least 2 years of HVAC installation experience, pass a background check, and drug screening test. Standard Air Conditioning Co. has been serving Knoxville homes since 2017, building relationships based on trust, transparency, and expert care with NATE-certified technicians.

Desired Qualifications
