Job Summary
Analyze work orders, address customer concerns, and perform residential HVAC installations with attention to detail. Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize processes, maintain inventory, and ensure trucks are properly equipped for each job. Document work accurately, provide guidance to apprentices, and stay updated with HVAC codes and standards while driving and maintaining company vehicles. This role requires one year of residential HVAC installation experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and proficiency in safe tool use. Candidates must pass a motor vehicle and background check. Required Qualifications
