Job Summary
Install residential HVAC systems according to company standards and manufacturer specifications, interpret blueprints and installation plans to ensure precise system placement, perform system start-ups, testing, and fine tuning, follow safety policies and industry best practices, communicate clearly with customers, maintain tools and workspace, complete job paperwork accurately and on time, and collaborate with teammates to ensure high-quality installations. Lead Installers may supervise helpers on job sites, transforming plans into completed installations and delivering a positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years HVAC lead installation experience
- Universal EPA (CFC) Certification
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation
