Job Summary
Perform onsite installation and duct cleaning in residential homes, including work on furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers, and water heaters. Execute installation, maintenance, and commissioning of HVAC elements strictly per manufacturer and TSSA Standards while working from heights and using ladders. Maintain a positive, driven attitude to deliver the best customer experience within a team environment. This role requires a G3 or G2 Gas Fitter's License, a post-secondary HVAC diploma, and a valid Class "G" driver's license. Candidates must pass a criminal background check. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $18.02 to $19.23 with incentives, tool allowance, and uniforms provided.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of recent HVAC Installation experience, with exposure to furnaces, central and ductless air conditioners, gas boilers and water heaters, including tankless heaters
- Successful completion of a post-secondary diploma in HVAC
- A G3 or G2 Gas Fitter's License
- Clear Criminal Record
- A valid class 'G' Class Driver's License with a clean record
- Comfortable working from heights and using a ladder
- An accountable and responsible personality, with a focus on delivering the best customer experience and has a positive, driven attitude to work hard and learn
- The ability to work efficiently and effectively within a team environment, completing installation, maintenance work and commissioning of HVAC elements as per manufacturer and TSSA Standards
- Criminal Background Check be completed for potential candidates
- Criminal Background Check must be satisfactory in order for an employment offer to be extended unconditionally
Desired Qualifications
