Job Summary
Assist the HVAC Lead Install Technician with the installation, upgrades, and replacements of HVAC systems in residential properties. Deliver exceptional customer service by ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for every client, addressing their needs professionally and efficiently. Responsibilities include assisting in installation, conducting thorough checks to prevent callbacks, adhering to appliance standards and safety regulations, maintaining tools/parts/vehicle, protecting client properties with floor savers and drop cloths, meeting scheduled appointments and on-call hours, and performing work in tight spaces under various weather conditions. Requires lifting 50–100 pounds, working on ladders/scaffolds, and willingness to work in extreme temperatures. Positive attitude, customer-focused mindset, professionalism, and adaptability are essential. Must have a valid driver’s license and, ideally, EPA Certification (training offered). Bilingual (Spanish) encouraged. Proficiency with basic PC/phone/tablet use and clear communication is expected. Non-Exempt position with benefits and growth opportunities.
