Job Summary
Assist Lead Installer in full HVAC installation tasks including equipment removal and installation, duct repair, soldering, venting flues, refrigerant leak detection, and charging. Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed. Learn proper install methods from Install Lead while measuring refrigeration system parameters and calculating static and CFM delivery. Full-time position with medical benefits, 401k, and paid vacation available. High school diploma or GED preferred; EPA certification is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid DL
- EPA Certification
- Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
- Ability to climb in attics, under houses and in box trucks in extreme temperatures
