Job Summary
Assist lead installers with HVAC system replacements and add-ons, reporting daily to the warehouse to load parts and gear up for field installations. This hands-on role requires lifting heavy equipment and accessing attics or crawlspaces, with EPA certification or willingness to obtain it. Candidates must have one year of HVAC experience, a valid driver's license with a good driving record, and pass a background check and drug screen. Full-time, year-round work offers piece-rate pay based on install percentage, with options for multiple day or shift schedules. Required Qualifications
- 1 years of HVAC experience (field or school-based)
