Assist Lead Installer in full HVAC installation tasks including equipment removal and installation, duct repair, soldering, venting, refrigerant leak detection, charging, and recovering refrigerant. Load trucks with materials, tools, and equipment as instructed. Learn proper install methods from the Install Lead. This entry-level role supports the Lead installer on residential jobs, requiring physical ability to climb in attics, under houses, and in box trucks in extreme temperatures.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid DL
- EPA Certification
- Demonstrate the mental aptitude and physical ability required to do the job
- Excellent communication & customer service skills
