Job Summary
Manage Mauzy's retail lead generation program across partner locations by recruiting, onboarding, and coaching Retail Brand Ambassadors to ensure full staffing during peak hours. Conduct regular site visits to support team performance, monitor lead metrics, and coordinate promotional events while maintaining inventory and compliance with partner expectations. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to drive results and maintain seamless customer experiences. Requires five years of HVAC experience and ability to work outdoors in any weather.
Required Qualifications
- At least five (5) years of HVAC experience with installation, diagnostic troubleshooting and repair service including air conditioning & heating systems
- At least three years (3) HVAC Service Technician & or HVAC Installation experience with an ability to train others
- Must be willing to work outdoors in any weather conditions
- Physical Dexterity must occasionally lift and/or move 100 pounds or more averaging 4 times a week
- Must pass a drug screen and background
- Must be able to remain in stationary position 50% of the time
- May be required to bend, climb (Stairs/Ladders), do repetitive motion, kneel, reach, squat, stand, crawl, walk, and run
- May be required to drive and sit for long periods of time
- May be required to maneuver up to 25 lb. by lifting, carrying or pushing
- Weekends are required
