HVAC Install Field Supervisor

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of HVAC Install Technicians. Determine schedules, sequences, and assignments for work activities based on priority, equipment, and personnel skills. Inspect and monitor work areas, provide safety training, investigate accidents, and monitor performance. Requisition materials and supplies; inspect and measure completed work to verify conformance to standards. Develop and implement installation policies; assist with training and testing of direct reports. Calibrate costs, manage budgets, and review resource needs; interpret specifications, blueprints, or job orders to guide Sales and Installation. Coordinate with management, engineering, quality control, or customers to resolve issues; review bids from contractors. Maintain inventories, meet with vendors, and design equipment configurations to meet personnel needs. Counsel employees on work-related issues; initiate personnel actions when needed. Participate in budgeting and documentation; ensure safe, compliant installation practices. Perform hands-on installation techniques as required and support continuous improvement in installation processes. Job Type: Full-time; Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year; Location: In person in Burlington, NJ; Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday, with weekends as needed; Benefits: 401(k), health, dental, vision, life, PTO, tuition reimbursement; Experience: HVAC installation 10 years required; EPA Type II license required.
