Directly supervise and coordinate HVAC Install Technicians; determine schedules, sequences, and assignments based on work priority and personnel skill; inspect tools and work areas, provide safety training, and monitor performance; investigate accidents and prepare findings; manage material requisition, inventories, and vendor coordination; interpret blueprints and job orders to lay out installation templates; participate in budget planning and cost estimates; counsel employees on job-skill deficiencies and coordinate training; ensure conformance to standards and installation procedures while maintaining quality control and safety compliance; requires extensive HVAC installation experience and EPA Type II certification.
