Job Summary
Join our team as an HVAC Install Apprentice, where you will assist lead installers with residential HVAC work, ensuring quality installations and excellent customer service while developing your skills in a supportive and inclusive environment.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights
- Physical stamina and dexterity
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move objects 10-75lbs
- Ability to frequently ascend/descend ladder and maintain balance
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in a general construction field (preferably 2 years)
- Strong technical knowledge
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
