Job Summary
Receive, verify, and load equipment and materials for each job. Assist Lead Installers with the removal, repair, and installation of residential and light-commercial HVAC items, including air conditioners, furnaces, duct work, thermostats, and wiring. Use necessary tools such as gauges, reclaiming machines, and ladders while maintaining the cleanliness of the company vehicle. Provide exceptional customer service at all times and follow all applicable local and national codes. EPA Certification is required, with bilingual skills in Spanish and English preferred.
Required Qualifications
- HVAC licenses/certifications
- EPA Certification
- Knowledge of HVAC codes
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders, work in attics, garages, crawl spaces and on roofs
- Integrity and ability to promote a positive company image
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily
- Attention to detail
- Must be able to follow directions and work independently
