Job Summary
The HVAC-Hydronic Inside Sales Specialist/Customer Service position involves building relationships with customers and ensuring their product orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner. Essential duties include interacting with customers before, during, and after a sale, coordinating sales orders with Outside Sales Representatives, and identifying customer needs to suggest suitable products. Candidates should possess strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as business math skills. A high school diploma or GED and a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position are preferred.
