Job Summary
Maintenance and operation of hospital HVAC and related systems including comfort delivery, medical air, medical vacuum, and associated equipment across the hospital campus. Perform preventative maintenance, daily rounds, and repairs to maximize equipment efficiency and reliability, ensure patient and staff comfort, and monitor system controls for seasonal efficiency. Respond to emergencies, participate in fire drills, maintain accurate logs, and coordinate with the Facilities team. The role does not perform duties requiring a Refrigeration Technician License and includes routine tasks with performance expectations outlined by the Facilities department.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of HVAC experience, preferably in a hospital or healthcare facility
- Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and electronic work order systems (TMS)
