Job Summary
The HVAC General Manager role is responsible for overseeing operations at the Daytona and Melbourne One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning branches, driving revenue and performance, and developing teams. This senior leadership position requires extensive experience in residential HVAC services and multi-site operations management. Responsible for ensuring top-notch customer service and compliance with safety protocols, the GM will lead financial performance and strategic initiatives across both locations. Competitive compensation is offered with additional bonuses.
Required Qualifications
- Residential HVAC service experience
- Leadership or management experience in HVAC or residential home services
- Minimum 5+ years supervisory/management experience; trades experience preferred
- Demonstrated success managing P&Ls and driving revenue growth
- Knowledge of permitting, OSHA standards, codes, and field operations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
Desired Qualifications
- Multi-site leadership experience
- Prior Branch Manager or senior operational leadership experience
- Experience with field service software (ServiceTitan strongly preferred)
