Job Summary
Oversee all install crews, schedule Quality Assurance visits, and enter weekly time sheet summaries in Service Titan. Track vehicle maintenance logs and truck stock, assist with property management quotes, and handle afterhours calls for nights and weekends. Provide training for installers and assist with technician payroll. Requires 5+ years of retail install experience, high school diploma, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Competitive pay paid every Friday, plus PTO starting day one and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) after 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Working knowledge of service titan
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organization skills and attention to detail
- Ability to make sound judgements relative to inventory
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 5 + years retail install experience
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds
