HVAC Field Supervisor

Lead HVAC Service Technicians and Installers by providing on-site technical support, guidance, and training to maintain company standards and best practices. Coordinate tools, parts, and inventory with the Parts Coordinator to reduce waste and increase field efficiencies. Identify and deliver required training for new hires and existing staff, while ensuring compliance with safety policies and quality control processes. Manage customer communications with the Service Team to maintain schedules and address delays. Assist managers in developing service department standards, implementing communication protocols, and recruiting new field team members. Complete daily reports, incident documentation, and required certifications promptly.
