Job Summary
HVAC Field Supervisor sought to lead and develop a team of residential HVAC technicians. Responsibilities include ride-alongs to improve diagnostics, driving KPIs (revenue, conversions, callbacks), dispatch coordination, handling escalated customer situations, training new hires, enforcing standards and safety, and staying connected to field operations by assisting on calls as needed. Must have 5+ years HVAC experience, leadership/mentoring experience preferred, strong diagnostic skills, customer-focused sales mindset, and proficiency with field service software. Location-based in Norcross, GA with on-site work; full-time role with compensation $85,000–$150,000 annually. Competitive benefits, 401k match, tool allowance, paid time off, and training.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of residential HVAC experience
- Prior leadership or mentoring experience preferred
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
- Proven ability to coach and develop others
- Sales-minded with a focus on customer experience
- Organized, accountable, and process-driven
- Comfortable using field service software (ServiceTitan is a plus)
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
