Job Summary
Perform routine HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and system inspections on residential heating and air conditioning equipment. Clean, adjust, and optimize systems while identifying potential issues to recommend repairs or upgrades. Educate homeowners on system performance, maintenance needs, and energy savings during visits. Accurately document all services performed and findings. Ensure systems operate safely and efficiently. Requires 3 years of residential HVAC experience, EPA certification, and a valid driver's license. Full-time year-round work with pay of $34-$40 per hour plus commissions.
