Job Summary
Coordinate on-site installation and repairs for HVAC systems in commercial environments including healthcare, manufacturing, and office complexes. Forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize work with team leaders and customers while utilizing cutting-edge software and hand tools to diagnose and repair units. Serve as the direct customer contact, ensuring satisfaction by identifying and fixing equipment at customer locations. Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays to meet business requirements. Enforce safety standards and record the use, wear, and conditions of company assets.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 plus years of experience in HVAC
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- No major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to work overnight stays
- Ability to pass additional drug screening
