Job Summary
Perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on split systems, heat pumps, air handlers, gas furnaces, window units, and light commercial rooftop units. You must hold a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and EPA certification (Type II or universal), with HVAC certification preferred. Experience in electrical, plumbing, or maintenance is a plus. Work Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with a rotating on-call schedule, where overtime may occur during emergencies or peak periods. Join a team serving over 4,400 apartment homes and 598,000 square feet of commercial properties.
