Job Summary
Coordinate with team leaders and customers to forecast issues, gather materials, and synchronize on-site installation and repairs for HVAC systems in commercial environments. Represent the company as the direct customer contact by diagnosing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment at customer locations using cutting-edge software, hand tools, and engineering specifications. Maintain flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and occasional overnight stays while enforcing the highest safety standards and recording the condition of company assets. Requires a valid driver's license, EPA certification, and 5+ years of HVAC experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 5 plus years of experience in HVAC
- Operating knowledge of Microsoft office software
- Working proficiency with hand held computer (i.e. Smartphone, iPad)
- Valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months
- No major or frequent traffic violations including, but not limited to: DUI, Hit & Run, License Suspension, Reckless / Careless Driving or multiple smaller infractions or preventable collisions in the previous 3 years
- EPA Certification
- Ability to work overtime and weekends
- Ability to work occasional overnight stays
- Safety awareness to the highest standards
- Security and accountability of company issued and procured assets
