HVAC Facilities TL Thermal Engineer

Oversee HVAC facilities operations at the Taylor, TX semiconductor wafer fab, managing breakdown and preventive maintenance for cooling, heating, and process cooling systems. Review process and equipment data to ensure systems run within specifications, interface with internal customers to sustain uninterrupted operations, and improve reliability through FMEA, root cause analysis, and 8D problem solving. Forecast costs, develop reduction projects, and mentor junior engineers while implementing procedures to standardize work across the team. This role supports the Samsung Taylor Facilities Operations Group, ensuring site safety, quality, and environmental stewardship for 24/7 facility uptime.
