Job Summary
HVAC Estimator Trainee role focused on commercial HVAC estimating. Learn to perform detailed material take-offs for Pipe-Valves-Fittings and HVAC equipment, review specifications/drawings, prepare project bids, coordinate with Bid Team, and develop skills in HVAC estimating software (QuoteSoft) and on-screen takeoff tools. In-office, full-time role based in the Mid-Atlantic (Maryland/Virginia/DC) with day-one guidance, training, and opportunities for advancement; strong emphasis on accuracy, process adherence, and proactive communication.
