HVAC Estimator

Prepare accurate cost estimates for HVAC systems on commercial and industrial projects by reviewing plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop scope and pricing. Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, and field staff throughout the estimating process while conducting site visits to assess project scope and verify field conditions. Support build-out and operations planning alongside the project team and maintain clear documentation of estimates, assumptions, and pricing changes. Build and maintain relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure competitive pricing. Requires 2+ years of HVAC estimation experience with a background in commercial and/or industrial projects.
