High-output Commercial HVAC Estimator responsible for producing accurate, high-margin remodel estimates for national accounts. Role involves estimating scopes including duct, grilles, RTUs, labor, travel, and materials; performing takeoffs from plans, photos, and surveys; managing bids, vendors, and timelines; identifying risks and driving profitability; leveraging tools and AI to improve speed and consistency. Required Qualifications
- HVAC estimating experience (remodels preferred)
- Strong understanding of mechanical systems and pricing
- Detail-oriented, high-output, margin-focused mindset
- Experience with estimating tools (Bluebeam, Excel)
- Ability to work independently
