Job Summary
Diagnose, service, and repair HVAC systems including HIUs, FCUs, and MVHR units. Perform installations and commissioning with a focus on quality while conducting planned preventive maintenance to ensure optimal functionality. Troubleshoot faults to minimize downtime and provide detailed reports via a digital platform. Liaise with clients to understand needs and manage materials and tools effectively for each project. Flexible working hours Monday to Friday with optional weekend shifts. Full UK driving licence and F-Gas certification desirable.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working with HVAC systems, including HIUs, FCUs, and MVHR units
- Strong knowledge of plumbing and heating systems
- Relevant technical certifications in plumbing, heating, or HVAC
- Full UK driving licence
- Familiarity with Londons road network
- Registered under CIS, with valid UTR and NIN numbers
- Proficient in written and verbal English
- Strong understanding of UK building regulations and maintenance standards
Desired Qualifications
- F-Gas certification
- Expertise in reactive maintenance and system diagnostics
- Experience working with high-end residential or commercial properties
