Job Summary
Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance and system inspections, and read blueprints to ensure proper functionality. Test systems for compliance with electrical codes and safety standards while collaborating with other trades and project teams. Maintain and repair electrical/HVAC systems on residential, commercial, or industrial projects with a focus on quality and safety. Monday–Friday schedule with optional overtime and a rotating on-call rotation. Earn $25–$45/hour plus weekly performance bonuses and extra pay for on-call work. We provide a company vehicle, gas card, and paid training support. No micromanagement; we trust skilled techs to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Experience as an HVAC Technician or Electrician (either experience accepted)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems/electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
- Familiarity with safety regulations
Desired Qualifications
- Relevant certifications or licenses (electrician, HVAC)
- Experience in commercial or large-scale projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
