Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems, perform preventive maintenance and system inspections, and read blueprints to ensure proper functionality. Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards while collaborating with other trades on residential, commercial, or industrial projects. Maintain a valid driver's license and apply strong troubleshooting skills to handle both electrical work and HVAC systems across various project types. This steady, year-round role offers Monday–Friday scheduling with optional overtime and a rotating on-call schedule for extra pay. Compensation ranges from $25–$45/hour with weekly performance bonuses, overtime availability, and a vehicle plus gas card. Required Qualifications
- Experience as an HVAC Technician or Electrician (either experience accepted)
- Knowledge of HVAC systems/electrical systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Valid driver's license
