Job Summary
Interact with customers via telephone, email, chat, or in person to provide support, manage incoming calls, and collect customer information. Field questions and complaints, determine service availability, and ensure appropriate actions resolve concerns. Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, then schedule projects for technicians. Communicate customer needs to technicians via appointment summaries and manage scheduled projects with organization. Perform other related duties as assigned. Full-time onsite role in Mukilteo with competitive wages ranging from $18 to $24. Requires high school diploma, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and previous dispatch experience; trades or plumbing experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications

- Previous dispatch experience
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
- Full-time onsite availability at our location in Mukilteo
