Job Summary
As the Maintenance Planner, you anticipate and eliminate potential delays by planning and coordinating maintenance resources, parts, and equipment access. You will report to the Maintenance Manager and work as a business partner with our client, striving to exceed expectations daily by implementing best systems and engaging the team to identify and eliminate waste to deliver best results. You will ensure safety is considered in every job plan, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, stay highly organized, manage time efficiently, estimate labor hours and adjust plans as needed, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite. Education: Associate degree preferred; experience: minimum three years in dispatcher roles with preferred prior maintenance-planner experience.
