HVAC Dispatcher

Manage day-to-day scheduling operations by efficiently scheduling work orders, coordinating with the Service and Operations Manager, and ensuring technicians arrive on time. Handle incoming calls, generate inputs, and identify customer needs to achieve satisfaction while meeting sales targets and call-handling quotas. Process customer accounts, file documents, and record interactions within the dispatch program. Address customer complaints by providing them to the appropriate manager. Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies while building sustainable relationships through open and interactive communication. Assist colleagues and perform other assigned tasks as needed.
