Job Summary
Dispatch technicians, provide job details and locations, and ensure seamless service throughout the day. Schedule service calls and maintenance appointments, answer customer questions, generate quotes, and make additional sales when appropriate. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve issues, adjust schedules for emergencies, and complete accurate job and customer records. Maintain precise data entry and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role supports Call Pernell Inc.'s mission to provide comfort and safety by coordinating HVAC solutions for our community.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software or an ability to learn
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of dispatching experience
Desired Qualifications
- At least one year of experience with customer service or the HVAC industry
- Additional coursework or experience in a related field
